| 1) Does it cost anything to place an ad on Kingstonbid.com ? |
| No. It is absolutely free! No cost to all users, post as many ads as you like. |
| 2) How do I add a picture to my ad ? |
| A picture really is worth a 1000 words. Adding pictures is also free. Simply e-mail the picture(s) in jpeg or gif format to pictures@kingstonbid.com be sure to include the Category, Title of ad, and Date of posting with your e-mail. For further instructions click here. |
| 3) Can I delete or modify an ad after it has been submitted ? |
| No. Once an ad has been submitted you cannot change it. If you would like to make changes to your ad simply click on your add and then click the "reply" link. Next type in the new message with the corrections and click "submit". Readers will see your original message followed up by your corrections. |
| 4) My item has been sold but the listing is still there ? |
| Simply click on your ad and then press the "reply" button then in the title type "SOLD". This will let all users know the item has been sold. |
| 5) Who is responsible for what is posted on Kingstonbid.com ? |
